A healthy employee, a strong organisation.

Your employees' mental health is the invisible infrastructure of productivity, workplace safety and engagement. Let us strengthen that infrastructure together through evidence-based training, consultancy and confidential psychological support programmes tailored to your organisation.

  • Evidence-based, organisation-specific programmes
  • Confidentiality-based, anonymous reporting
  • On site (Çorum and surrounding area) or online
Why does it matter?

Employee mental health is not a cost item but an area of investment

Psychological factors in working life have a direct impact on organisational outcomes through absenteeism, lost productivity, workplace accidents and staff turnover. International organisations and legislation now treat the subject as part of occupational health and safety.

66% Share of employees in Türkiye who say they experience stress daily (global average 40%) Gallup, 2026
8% Share of engaged employees in Türkiye (global average 20%) Gallup, 2026
12 billion Working days lost worldwide every year to depression and anxiety World Health Organization
3.821 Workplace accidents recorded in Çorum in 2025 (nationwide 766.039; about 41% in manufacturing) SGK Statistical Yearbook 2025

The right intervention makes a difference

Manager training

After a 4-hour mental health training for managers, a randomised controlled trial reported that work-related sick leave decreased by 18%.

Milligan-Saville et al., Lancet Psychiatry 2017
Return on investment

For every 1 £ that employers in the UK spend on employee mental health, an average of 4,70 £ is returned; the returns on early and preventive interventions are higher.

Deloitte UK, 2024
CBT-based programmes

A meta-analysis of workplace stress management programmes found a medium-to-large effect; cognitive-behavioural programmes were the most effective group.

Richardson and Rothstein, 2008
WHO recommendation

In the World Health Organization's guidelines on mental health at work, manager training appears as a strong recommendation; organisational interventions and return-to-work support are also among the recommendations.

WHO, 2022

Questions organisations often ask

No. Individual sessions are confidential under professional ethics and KVKK (the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law). Only aggregated, anonymous data containing no identifying information, such as the number of participants, is reported to the organisation. Legal exceptions, such as a risk to life, are explained clearly to the employee at the first session.

Delivered on site at organisations in Çorum and the surrounding area (meeting room, factory training area, etc.) or online. Seminar, hands-on workshop, multi-session programme and webinar formats are planned according to the organisation's needs and shift pattern.

Yes. Every engagement begins with a preliminary meeting and a needs analysis. Content and duration are adapted to the sector, employee profile, shift structure and the organisation's priorities.

Fees are determined by the number of employees, programme duration, number of trainings/sessions, scope of the Employee Assistance Programme and on-site/online preference. After the free initial meeting, you will receive an itemised quotation tailored to your organisation.

Informational seminars can be held with large groups (e.g. 30-80 people per shift). For hands-on workshops, groups of 12-20 people are recommended for effectiveness. Manager programmes are run with small groups.

If requested, a certificate of attendance is issued in the organisation's name at the end of the training, and the organisation receives an attendance list and an aggregated evaluation report.

Psychosocial risk work is planned together with the organisation's occupational safety specialist and workplace physician. Findings from surveys and focus groups are shared anonymously and in aggregate, so that they can feed into the risk assessment.

No. Employee support services and training are not used to produce an assessment, diagnosis or fitness report about an employee for the employer. This distinction is the basis of both the ethical principles and employees' ability to use the service with confidence.
