Adolescent Counselling
Support, delivered in collaboration with the family, for the emotional, social and academic challenges of adolescence.
Adolescence is a time of searching for identity, intense emotions and changing relationships. In sessions, a safe space is created in which the young person can express themselves.
The process is supported with parent sessions when needed; the limits of confidentiality are clarified from the outset with both the young person and the family.
Some of the topics we work on
- Exam anxiety
- Peer relationships
- Emotion regulation
- Family communication
- Motivation
