Individual Therapy

Sessions that focus on understanding the emotional difficulties adults experience and finding new ways to change.

Individual therapy is a process in which you can talk about the difficulties you are facing in a safe, non-judgemental setting, and we work together on your patterns of thought, feeling and behaviour.

In the first sessions, your reason for seeking help, your life history and your expectations are assessed; then goals specific to you are set and we work with science-based methods.

Some of the topics we work on

  • Anxiety and stress
  • Self-confidence and self-perception
  • Grief and loss
  • Work-life balance
  • Relationship patterns

About the sessions

Sessions last about 50 minutes. In the first session, your needs are assessed and the process is planned together. Sessions can take place in person or online.
